I have been coming here since the mid 1990s. My Dad and I would eat delicious food together and bond. The locale is in a nice part of borderline Costa Mesa/Newport Beach. The place is decorated in a cute and Asian inspired theme. The lighting is exceptional for a romantic date.
I don't want to bore anyone to death, so I will keep it brief. The waiter gives you a simplified menu to choose from. After choosing your meal option the waiter gives you a bowl with your choice of meat. You then proceed to go to the front to pick out your choice of vegetables, stir fry items, seasoning and sauces.
I would recommend you use some napkins to press down on the meat in the bowl, so you may pack as many items as possible. The cook will then cook your meat and items. The bowl will then be brought to you for you to enjoy.
The quality of the meat and vegetables is exceptional and the taste will not disappoint. The vibes in the restaurant are always pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend this locale for both the food and cost effective prices. -

This is a great place to come for a quick, filling and delicious lunch! What I really like about this place is the family feel, as you can see pictures of whom I presume to be the owner on the wall. Their lunch option has multiple choices, including all you can eat. I opted for the set that comes with fried wonton, soup and all the extras, but the main entree was filling enough.
The owner was extremely nice, as he provided suggestions for what oils I can add for my given preference and tips for how I can stuffed more vegetables and meat into my bowl. I was very satisfied with my BBQ and especially love. With the pita pockets they're served with. -

Small local mongolian bbq restaurant. Good food and decent prices. Service is always quick and the waiters we have encountered have always been quick and friendly. They do lack in choices of vegetables, but for what they lack in selection they make up for in flavor! I would love to see jicama, snow peas, fresh garlic and baby corn added to their vegetable choices. I love coming here with my friends and family every week. The place we used to go to closed down, and we began coming here. Also very grateful that this is one of the rare places that does not have noodles. I have an egg allergy and have missed going to mongolian bbq for a tasty and healthy option! The only complaint I would have is their portions of rice are very small, like the size of an ice cream scoop. Rice is cheap and readily available, so not sure why those portions are so tiny..

Great Mongolian as far as sauces go, they are very flavorful and not watered down. Not a ton of vegetable choices, but I love what they do have. I also appreciate one bowl option as I can never do more than that. Delicious pork dumplings too. The pocket biscuits are always pillowy, and I can't stuff without tearing ;)
Thumbs up, this is my first check in, but I've probably been here 5 times already!
